First, I want to say thanks for stopping by I’m glad you’re here! It’s May 1st and We are starting something new this month! When I say we I mean my husband and I. We decided to cut out some unhealthy parts of our lifestyle and try a new challenge! Today is day one and I can’t lie i’m almost in tears typing because it’s been a hard day so far. What’s the Challenge you say? Listen, I already know it’s crazy, however it’s only for 30 days and I live by the belief that health is a top priority.
So following the idea that this a healthy change for a month we are cutting candy, fast-food, energy/soda drinks, salty snacks and bread. I personally am having a hard time with candy and salty snacks already. I had to hide my Milk Duds from myself today, it didn’t help that I knew where they were either. Have you ever tried something like this healthy 30 day challenge? This will be my first major challenge of the year and I plan on blogging about it. Blogging is also something new for me this month.
